Error: Problem to start SAP server

Symptoms: while starting SAP server, “Loading” bar is permanently present on the screen

Problem starting SAP server – SAP console while logging into system via SAP GUI

What setup caused this problem: If you have set your IP to static, you may run into troubles while starting your SAP instance (server).

Solution: In such case, localhost should be updated.

Go to “C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\” and open “hosts” file for editing.
